1. Introduction

Welcome to Victorins. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Victorins’ website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Victorins LLC (“Victorins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform or purchasing from Victorins, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Product Information and Availability

  • We strive to display accurate information regarding our products including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations may occur due to display settings or other technical factors.

  • All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

5. Orders and Payment

  • Orders placed through the Platform are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards and other payment methods specified on the Platform, such as Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, Wire Transfer, ACH and Paypal Friends & Family.

  • Payment authorization may include security checks.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes and shipping fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout but most fall within the timeframe stated below.

  • Shipping can take approximately 2 to 4 weeks due to products being sourced from Europe or Asia (abroad). By placing an order, you agree to this waiting period.

  • Due to tariffs, customs regulations, and international shipping logistics, this timeframe represents the best possible estimate we can provide.

  • We commit to maintaining open communication with buyers regarding the status of their shipments.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final and items are sold “as is” and “as shown” in the descriptions and photographs provided.

  • Items priced at $1000 or more, including vintage jewelry and signed designer pieces, are not returnable under any circumstances.

  • Exceptions to this no-return policy may be made only on a case-by-case basis at Victorins’ sole discretion.

  • Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all item details before purchase.

  • While Victorins conducts authentication and represents items to the best of our ability, we take no responsibility for any errors, mistakes, or mischaracterizations.

  • By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms and waives any claims related to item condition or authenticity beyond what is expressly stated.

8.A Binding Agreement & Dispute Waiver

  • By placing an order and completing payment through the Victorins website, the buyer (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees that they are entering into a binding and enforceable contract with Victorins.

  • The Buyer agrees not to engage in any returns, chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes of any kind, whether through their payment provider, financial institution, or any other means.

  • All items are sold as described and as shown in the provided photographs. The Buyer is solely responsible for reviewing the full item descriptions, photographs, and any other information provided prior to purchase.

  • By completing a purchase, the Buyer affirms they have exercised their own discretion and judgment and fully accept the condition, description, and authenticity of the item(s) offered.

  • The Buyer expressly and irrevocably waives any and all rights to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or similar claims against Victorins.

  • Should such a claim be initiated, Victorins reserves the absolute right to submit this policy, purchase records, payment confirmations, and all relevant evidence as conclusive proof to refute the claim and prevail in any such proceeding.

  • These terms shall be binding and admissible in any dispute resolution process, arbitration, or legal proceeding related to the Buyer’s purchase.

8.B Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing a bid, making a purchase, or completing payment through Victorins Vintage, our official websites (www.victorins.com, shop.victorins.com, and www.victorinsvintage.com), our social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and direct message inquiries), or any affiliated auction or e-commerce platform (including but not limited to LiveAuctioneers, 1stDibs, Etsy, or direct invoice), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Binding Nature of Bids and Sales

All bids, purchases, and payments constitute legally binding contracts between the buyer and Victorins Vintage (or its consignor). Once a lot is won, an item is purchased, or an invoice is issued, the buyer is obligated to complete payment in accordance with the posted terms.
All transactions are governed by these Terms & Conditions of Sale, including our Returns, Refunds & Authenticity Policy, which you confirm having reviewed prior to bidding, purchasing, or submitting payment through any channel.

2. Waiver of Chargeback Rights

You expressly waive any right to initiate or pursue a chargeback, payment reversal, or retrieval request with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor for any matter covered under our published policies.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Buyer’s remorse or dissatisfaction with condition, value, or authenticity after sale;

  • Disputes related to shipping delays, customs inspections, or third-party handling;

  • Claims contradicted by condition reports, item descriptions, photographs, or written correspondence prior to sale;

  • Failure to review the lot listing, website description, or terms before committing to purchase.

3. Dispute Resolution Process

Any issue regarding description, condition, or delivery must first be raised in writing within five (5) business days of delivery.
Victorins Vintage reserves the right to review documentation and determine, at its sole discretion, whether an adjustment, repair, store credit, or other resolution (if any) is appropriate.
Attempting to bypass this process by filing a chargeback constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in legal action, suspension of buyer privileges, and recovery of all related costs and damages.

4. Evidence and Documentation

The buyer authorizes Victorins Vintage to retain all related sales records — including bid logs, website orders, direct messages, payment confirmations, shipping documents, photos, and communications — as admissible evidence in any dispute, arbitration, or court proceeding.
These materials may be provided to payment processors, financial institutions, or legal authorities as proof of contract fulfillment and buyer authorization.

5. Fraudulent or Improper Chargebacks

Any chargeback determined to be fraudulent, unfounded, or contrary to these Terms shall entitle Victorins Vintage to seek full reimbursement of:

  • The total transaction amount;

  • Legal, collection, and administrative costs;

  • Damages resulting from loss of reputation, platform sanctions, or business interruption.

Victorins Vintage further reserves the right to:

  • Report the buyer and transaction to relevant auction or sales platforms, financial institutions, and credit bureaus;

  • Pursue collection or legal remedies; and

  • Permanently restrict the buyer’s access to future sales, auctions, or services.

Authenticity Guarantee and Disputes

1. Authenticity Guarantee

Victorins Vintage guarantees the authenticity of all items to the best of our knowledge and based on information available at the time of sale. Each item is carefully reviewed, authenticated, and described in good faith.

2. Brand-Issued Verification Requirement

In the rare event that a buyer wishes to challenge an item’s authenticity, the claim must be supported exclusively by an official written determination issued directly by the original brand or manufacturer (e.g., Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Dior, etc.).

  • Third-party appraisals, laboratory reports, or authentication services are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • The document must be on official brand letterhead, signed or stamped by the brand, and verifiable by Victorins Vintage.

3. Condition Requirement

Any item subject to an authenticity review must be returned in the exact same condition as originally delivered — including all packaging, boxes, certificates, and accessories. Items that have been worn, altered, resized, polished, or modified in any way will not be eligible for review, return, or credit.

4. Remedy and Limitations

If the claim is substantiated by the brand itself and verified by Victorins Vintage, the buyer will be issued store credit only, equal to the purchase price paid (excluding shipping, insurance, and related fees).

  • No cash, card, or PayPal refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and valid toward future purchases only.

5. Time Frame and Procedure

Any authenticity inquiry must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Claims received after this period, or without official brand-issued documentation, will not be considered.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Platform including text, images, logos, and designs is owned or licensed by Victorins and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Victorins’ content without prior written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or to violate any laws.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation.

  • Submit false or misleading information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victorins and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia, unless otherwise agreed.
