This policy applies to all Vintage, Estate, Pre-Owned, and Designer jewelry, clothing, and accessories sold by Victorins. These items are not created or manufactured by Victorins but are acquired from wholesalers, vintage dealers, estate auctions, private collections, industry contacts, retail clients, or other sources.

We conduct thorough analysis of every item, leveraging our decades of experience in the vintage and pre-owned market, and verify background information with our trusted sources. If an item is listed, it means all due diligence has been performed. However, due to the nature of the current pre-owned market and the proliferation of replicas, copies, and altered items, we cannot 100% guarantee the absolute authenticity or every detail of these secondhand items. This is why we provide comprehensive details, photographs, and videos for your review.

All Vintage, Estate, Pre-Owned, and Designer items are SOLD AS IS, outside of our standard Return Policy. We are not responsible for any disputes, authenticity claims, final details, or returns beyond the specified return period. Please carefully review all item information and ask any questions prior to purchase.

Detailed Authenticity Information

All estate, vintage, and pre-owned jewelry is sourced from private collections and wholesale auctions. Our quality control and authentication process is based on over 40 years of experience in this market. We compare items to known collections from prestigious jewelry houses, including current and discontinued lines, to help verify origin and craftsmanship.

While we strive to confirm precious materials and manufacturing details, we do not guarantee complete authenticity or origin for all items. We provide documentation only regarding precious materials and measurable attributes that we are confident in verifying.

For vintage clothing and accessories, similar due diligence is performed regarding condition, provenance, and brand authenticity, but absolute guarantees cannot be made.

All items are sold as is, and all descriptions or statements are qualified opinions, not warranties or representations by Victorins. Given the complexities of the pre-owned market and widespread replicas, Victorins cannot guarantee total accuracy or authenticity for all vintage, estate, pre-owned, or designer items.

By ordering and confirming payment through any channel (website, platform, email, phone, or in-person), you fully accept this policy as well as our Return Policy and other terms.

Binding Agreement & Dispute Waiver

  • By purchasing through this website, the Buyer enters a binding and enforceable contract with Victorins.

  • The Buyer agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, payment reversals, returns, or disputes through their payment provider, bank, or any other means.

  • All items are sold as described and as shown in photographs. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all item information prior to purchase.

  • The Buyer irrevocably waives any right to dispute payments, and we reserve the right to use these Terms, purchase records, and all related evidence to defend against any such claims.

  • These Terms are binding and admissible in any dispute resolution, arbitration, or court proceeding.

Authenticity Guarantee and Disputes

1. Authenticity Guarantee

Victorins Vintage guarantees the authenticity of all items to the best of our knowledge and based on information available at the time of sale. Each item is carefully reviewed, authenticated, and described in good faith.

2. Brand-Issued Verification Requirement

In the rare event that a buyer wishes to challenge an item’s authenticity, the claim must be supported exclusively by an official written determination issued directly by the original brand or manufacturer (e.g., Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Dior, etc.).

  • Third-party appraisals, laboratory reports, or authentication services are not accepted under any circumstances.

  • The document must be on official brand letterhead, signed or stamped by the brand, and verifiable by Victorins Vintage.

3. Condition Requirement

Any item subject to an authenticity review must be returned in the exact same condition as originally delivered — including all packaging, boxes, certificates, and accessories. Items that have been worn, altered, resized, polished, or modified in any way will not be eligible for review, return, or credit.

4. Remedy and Limitations

If the claim is substantiated by the brand itself and verified by Victorins Vintage, the buyer will be issued store credit only, equal to the purchase price paid (excluding shipping, insurance, and related fees).

  • No cash, card, or PayPal refunds are provided under any circumstances.

  • Store credit is non-transferable and valid toward future purchases only.

5. Time Frame and Procedure

Any authenticity inquiry must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Claims received after this period, or without official brand-issued documentation, will not be considered.
